With our defined problem and our possible solution, we started to prototype and test our product-service, called BONDIVEO app, it is an application, with games according to the age of the children, it serves to make the trip more enjoyable, they are able to link with the adult who travels with them and in turn interacts and learns more about the city.
Our three most important validation hypotheses are:
1. There are possible users (guardians travel with children)
The 5 members of the group observed in different bus lines and different times how children and adults behave during the bus tour: we counted how many children were traveling, whether they were alone or accompanied, time spent in the bus, and what the route was.
2. People willing to download an application
For this assumption posters were made, which invite you to download an application through a QR code or a URL that redirects you to a web page, in this there is a brief description of the application and an optional survey. In this way we counted how many people were interested in our application
3. Games are entertaining and enhance interaction
For this, prototypes of the games in paper version and / or magnets were made, so that they simulate some of the tests that our app would include. They were shared among some of the children who travel with adults on the bus and we observed their behavior.
