At the beggining of the week we have a presentation of the process, here we present the lean canvas, a story board, a resolution diagram and the assumptions to be validated.
On thursday, we went to Fray Bentos, a town al interior de Uruguay, it is approximately 4 hours from Montevideo, and has one of the UTEC headquarters.
This trip started to the new the stage of Prototype, where we create something to test and validar los supuestos. we build to test, before to build we have to think in what we want to validate, to learn (not to send), because a "Prototype is the consequence of what I want to prove, taking into account what I want to learn". Its important "Build the right thing instead of correctly".
Also In Fraybentos, we did a quick exercise, of Pretotyping. Pretotyping is prevopus to Protoryping and a tool which help you validate any idea for a new product quickly, objectively, and accurately.
